I’ve just returned from a time-like translation
You won’t believe what you’re about to get up to

A what?

Time travel, pleb
You should see the state of you!
You’re about to jump onto that golden state carriage
Screaming anti-royal slogans
Like a lunatic
…You know what this means, don’t you? 😁

What?

You are under arrest
You do not have to say anything but anything you do say will be taken down and may be given in evidence.

So you’re free to go, pleb

…And I’m not being charged with anything?

Nah

You’ve arrested me and held me for 13 hours for no reason!!??
This is dystopian.

The 36-year-old architect, who is originally from Australia but has lived in London for seven years, said she had no idea she happened to be sitting beside the group, as they had not started protesting.

Ms Chambers said she was told she was being arrested on suspicion of β€œpotential to cause a breach the peace” at around 9am, along with around a dozen other people in scenes captured by Sky News cameras.

During a 13-hour ordeal, Ms Chambers said she was repeatedly questioned, subjected to physical searches, held in a cell and had her DNA, fingerprints and mugshot taken before the Met finally realised she was an innocent bystander.

    1. Yup. The UK population is letting this happen to them through apathy. Rights are being eroded one by one. If i was viewing this from outside i wouldn’t believe it. But people here are so politically disengaged. We are conditioned to view protest as something that strange β€˜other’ people do. People don’t want to stand up to authority. Don’t want to accept that we’re becoming a fascist state because the idea is offensive and something that happens in other countries. πŸ€·β€β™‚οΈ
