Sensory Cataclysm

A universe rended
Spherical shockwave of disturbance roaring outward
Side-effects propagating at the speed of sound and light
Secondary rips in the fabric of evening
At gradually reducing amplitudes
Yet no less cataclysmic as the motorbike rounds distant corners and the prick riding it recedes into the far distance
And only then
Can it no longer be heard
But the anticipation, frustration and side-effects remain.
