Yesterday the thought occurred to me to go back meticulously through my security camera recordings from the several days before November 6th, as this was when my box of moving boxes (bought for me by the Salvation Army) was mysteriously stolen from the living room where I’d left it against the wall. It was a large, flat box full of flat-packed cardboard boxes, and it was a convenient place to store them. Then it disappeared π³.
I went through a week’s worth of recordings and found nothing interesting, until I happened to find a recording of a housemate dealing drugs out the front of the house. Given that he knows my camera is there, this seems unnecessarily stupid. It couldn’t have been better framed in the field of view.
It also makes a lot of sense as this is the housemate whose door was broken in by police last week. However what doesn’t make sense is that he’s been back for the last several days as if nothing happened. He’s released on bail? They didn’t find evidence? I’m really confused. It’s a bit of an anticlimax.
Anyways, here is the recording! It’s pathetic but entertaining:

Wow and he knows the camera is on? I guess some people don’t care one way or another.

Yup! He has a similar camera himself. It’s activated by movement.

Cool. I’ve never seen people dealing drugs even though it’s extremely popular in sections of my city. What a dumbass.

Me neither! I always assumed they’d be more sophisticated though π. Druggies gunna drug.
