Poem 1 Minute

Like when you find a long-neglected piece of clothing in the back of the wardrobe,
And realise that actually it’s not so bad at all,

It is something you can enjoy again,
A matter of perspective,
And it’s a happy reunion, an added bonus,
Best of all it costs nothing.

I write poems which are mental health-themed, creative or humourous :). Within mental health I write a lot about: ADHD, OCD, anxiety, autism, emotional traumaβ€” usually with an optimistic slant.
