Somewhat worse than documenting – I used to grade my day when I wrote my nightly diary entry, scoring anywhere from an A (the best day ever) all the way down to an F (fail).
By documenting I really meant mentally, but it can be so thoroughly investigative I realised it was basically documenting π. Like using records of call/message times to check how much time I’d taken to do stuff π.
But yeah, wow your grading is quite impressive! There’s definitely dark humour in OCD sometimes at some level and after the fact, but I know it must’ve been stressful at the time. π
