I really want to give credit to and share three mental health podcasts which have inspired me over the last few years (in the order in which I started listening to them!):
Faster Than Normal — I really like its ADHD-friendly speed and length of episodes! And there can be some really funny anecdotes with really interesting and diverse guests. I find it really energising to listen to.
The OCD Stories — Also well-produced, has really good guests and insights and is quite calming.
The Autism Podcast — Really modern/up-to-date discussions about autism and really covers a wide range of relevant topics, with diverse and qualified guests.
They are each definitely the go-to podcasts I listen to if I want to hear about either of those three things. The level of relatability and comfort I find in listening to them has so often been so profound.
