How do we stop inequality from increasing? I don’t know, But I think there are some important ideas for us individually, Some ways in which we can at least reduce our own contributionโ
By thinking about what we can do, Over what we have,
By thinking about how we can help, Over how we can outcompete,
By thinking about how much we listen, Over how much we speak.
I write poems which are mental health-themed, creative or humourous :).
Within mental health I write a lot about: ADHD, OCD, anxiety, autism, emotional traumaโ usually with an optimistic slant.
My goals for my blog are to give myself a therapeutic, creative outlet whilst also being able to connect with and relate to other people.

I think youโre making a excellent contribution; writing and sharing with other to inspire others. We all these problems inequality but we too scared to step up say something or do anything about.
