Overjoyed And Less Alone

Ok that was the ugly,
But there have been two hugely positive things in the last weekβ€”

β€”The progress towards private psychiatry assessments,
β€”Scheduling my first session with Berkshire West Your Way, a charity giving these services:

β€”Community support
β€”Individually tailored one-to-one support
β€”Peer support
β€”Social networking;

I just had my first 1 hour callΒΉ with the guy who’s working with me,
And discussed my short- and long-term goals;
And, here’s an incredible thingβ€”
Whilst I’m working on getting the private assessments done,
He is researching any other options for getting me moved out of here!

Even if that comes to nothing,
Just to receive this kind of support,
Somebody actually doing something on my behalf,
With the connections he will have access to,
Is phenomenal;

I’m very happy and overjoyed with the level of support which this charity is giving to me!
It makes me wonder, where is the catch?
They have more resource to help me than anybody else I’ve been in contact with before,
And they’re making everything so easy.

  4. Good to hear! But to check the reliability of any group, number or person go to the web, type in the telephone number or organization name and the word β€˜scam!’ If there is any questionable activities, they should appear!
