In the knowledge that I might be helping,

Others, out there,
Struggling with OCD and rumination.

      1. If I can’t do something about a thing currently, I try to schedule when I can. And if that isn’t possible I usually will try to go for a walk or swim laps. Using the 1 week or 1 year rule helps too. Like… will I remember this next week? Next year? If not, it’s probably not worth my energy.

        I am working on getting back to doing pressups and stretches, and then swimming again. I should push for that :). Thanks.
