I write poems which are mental health-themed, creative or humourous :). Within mental health I write a lot about: ADHD, OCD, anxiety, autism, emotional traumaβ€” usually with an optimistic slant.       1. Yes, I think that the helicopter should not have been flying. All police helicopters were banned for that day so that says a lot. It was a very bad call to go up in questionable weather. 😦

      2. Yeah, pretty inexplicable really. Any one of the 9 people could have decided it was too risky, there wasn’t anything subtle about it.
