Cyclic Model

Fall into depression,
Go to bed later,
Days get shorter,

Peaking of frustration,
And resurgence,

Up earlier,
Days longer,
Getting busier,
Feeling better,

With greater potentialβ€”
Comes rumination,
I could have done this better,
I could have done this earlier,

Fall into depression…

This is pure insanity 🀯.
You need a higher dose

But seriously,
Compassion for myself
And a conscious choice,
I’m not choosing that.
