Haha, noooo! I hate passive-aggressiveness :D. Plus, nobody’s ever taken suggestions positively when I’ve been in shared houses, they usually react the opposite way. It makes no sense, but they do :\.

The back garden is covered in cigarette ends, because they WERE using a pot to hold them, but that became full, overflowed then they gave up… makes no sense! Diffusion of responsibility reigns here.
